We were first time home buyers. We met with Carlos once, briefly. He is good at what he does but the application process was done by his staff. I would had prefer to meet in person with Carlos and not his staff at least to fill out application. Being first time home buyers the language in the documents did not make much sense to us. Carlos was good at explaining things when we contacted him. His staff did their job but at times there was miscommunication between us. I would had rather worked with Carlos directly throughout the process. Word of advice if you are a first home buyer: don’t be shy to ask anything that comes to mind. There are no irrelevant questions.
